What you can expect

Join us on 14 December from 14:00 to 15:30 PM to hear from cities and regions on their experiences of developing e-mobility strategies and embedding e-mobility into city frameworks, and discover lessons and results from Interreg Europe projects such as PROMETEUS and EV Energy.

  • Speakers to announced shortly.

Join us for the second edition of the e-mobility trilogy on the roll-out of charging infrastructure on 7 December from 14:00 to 15:30 PM!

Uptake of electric vehicles will only become widespread once adequate charging infrastructure becomes available, however, this is often viewed as a ‘chicken and egg’ problem – which comes first, the users, or the infrastructure?

Public authorities need to play an active role in deployment of charge points, but how can they procure the right equipment and select the most beneficial sites for installation?

What you can expect

Join us on 7 December to hear from cities on their experiences of rolling out charging infrastructure and discover lessons and results from Interreg Europe projects including EMOBICITY and e-MOPOLI.

  • Speakers to be announced shortly.

On 30 November, the Policy Learning Platform is hosting the first webinar of the e-mobility trilogy, from 14:00 to 15:30 PM!

Encouraging more people to use public transport is a major part of our decarbonization effort, but we must also ensure that transport fleets themselves contribute to zero-emission goals. This will require procurement of new vehicles, new infrastructure development, innovations in finance and business models, and development of new maintenance and operational skills.

What you can expect

Join us on 30 November to hear from cities on their experiences on electrifying public transport, and discover lessons and results from Interreg Europe projects like eBussed and E-MOB.

  • Speakers will be announced shortly.
